CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations may be made up to October 18, 2019; however, 50 percent of the course fee will be charged. No refund requests received after October 18, 2019 will be processed. 

SUBSTITUTIONS:

One substitute is allowed for each registrant who is unable to attend. However substitutions are not allowed between days. To coordinate a substitution, please email the NYSCPG with the specific request.
