Abstract:   On December 6, 2021 NYSDEC released proposed revisions to 6 NYCRR Part 375 regulations which govern the remedial programs in the Division of Environmental Remediation. Public comments on the proposed regulations will be accepted until April 21, 2022.  Jane O’Connell. P.G., Regional Remediation Engineer for NYSDEC’s Region 2 office will be presenting a summary of the proposed revisions and answer questions.

There are two public comment hearings on April 5, 2022 and April 7, 2022 – more information can be found at the above link.


Please note: the public comment period ends at 8pm on April 21st which will be before LIAPG’s webinar ends – if you have comments, please submit them directly to NYSDEC, instructions are included in the link above.
